Kerry Smith

Kerry Smith has over 18 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Kerry currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at NCTA - The Internet & Television Association. Prior to this, they served as Director of Human Resources at Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc and Vice President of Human Resources at National Retail Federation. Kerry has also held various HR roles at National Retail Federation and started their career as an HR Assistant at AAMC. Throughout their career, Kerry has focused on employee communication, development, performance management, and creating engaging work cultures.

Kerry Smith has a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from the University of the District of Columbia. Kerry also holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from The Catholic University of America. In addition, Kerry has completed certificates in Leadership Potential Maximization and Coaching for Human Resource Professionals from the Center for Creative Leadership, as well as a certificate in Diversity & Inclusion for HR from Cornell University. Kerry is also a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional through the Plan Sponsor Council of America and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
