Kyle D. Dixon is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Program Network Policy. Kyle served previously as Vice President, Public Policy for WarnerMedia, a company that creates and distributes premium and popular content from a diverse array of talented storytellers and journalists to global audiences. Kyle advised the Warner Bros., HBO, and Turner businesses regarding federal agencies and Congress on a variety of policy and strategic topics including online video, copyright, broadband, and the internet, privacy and data security, and other aspects of communications regulation. Before joining Time Warner Inc. in 2010, Kyle was a Partner at Wilkinson Barker Knauer, LLP, a Washington-based boutique law firm specializing in communications and technology. Kyle also served for more than seven years at the Federal Communications Commission, both as Legal Advisor to Chairman Michael Powell and as Deputy Bureau Chief in the Media Bureau.
Kyle is a graduate of the University of Chicago, where he earned a B.A. with Honors in Public Policy, and the Yale Law School, where he served as Symposium Editor for the Yale Law Journal. Kyle clerked for the Honorable Richard D. Cudahy of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
