David Hoyt is the Vice President of Client and Student Support at NCTI, Inc., where David directs and manages customer experience and account management functions. David also holds the title of Senior Director of Business Operations & Customer Care at the same company. Prior to NCTI, David held various positions in customer care, client services, and software engineering at companies such as BestContractors.com, Aurora Loan Services, and Recruiting Solutions International. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in European History from the University of Denver.
