Jeremy Jones has extensive experience in customer care, having worked in various managerial roles at different companies since the 1980s. At Jones/NCTI, Jeremy currently serves as a Senior Manager Customer Care, leading a team that has served thousands of students and trainers. Prior to this role, Jeremy worked at Communications Products and Services as a Manager Customer Service and Inside Sales. Additionally, Jeremy held the title of Service Quality Improvement Manager at Jones Intercable. Jeremy attended Jones International University from 1990 to 2009.
