Michelle Fleming

Michelle Fleming is a skilled professional with diverse experience in engineering, education, and sales. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at ILPEA Industries, Inc. since September 2022 and a Manufacturing Educator at NCUS TEC since November 2021, Michelle has also contributed as a RemotEDx Connectivity Champion for the Management Council of Ohio Education Computer Network and as a Set Designer Engineer at Michael Anthony, LLC. Additional roles include developing an Engineering, Robotics, and Manufacturing program at the Academy for Urban Scholars Youngstown, along with previous positions in sales and program supervision. Michelle holds Bachelor’s degrees in Spanish from The Ohio State University and Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University and is currently pursuing further education at Kent State University.
