Beth Makowski

Beth joined NDC Asset Management in 2014 and brings over thirty years of experience managing communities throughout the eastern United States. Beth currently manages Tax Credit and Conventional properties in Pennsylvania. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and a graduate of Slippery Rock University. Beth is also a Pennsylvania licensed Real Estate Salesperson and is active in the Pennsylvania Affordable Housing Management Association and the Apartment Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh. Beth is a past President of IREM Chapter 35 of North Florida and is a past Board Member of the First Coast Apartment Association in Jacksonville, Florida, and the Pittsburgh IREM Chapter 7.
