Ahmad Shishegar

Ahmad Shishegar has over two decades of experience in engineering and technology development. Ahmad started their career at I.N. INC in 1997 as the Vice President of Engineering, where they scaled processes for growth, introduced best practices, and restructured the R&D organization to achieve ISO9001 certification. In 2003, they joined NDC Technologies as the Vice President of Engineering, responsible for IP, technology development, and product development. Ahmad later assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer, leading multidisciplinary teams through R&D, design, manufacturing, and market delivery. Throughout their career, Ahmad Shishegar has demonstrated expertise in strategic direction, relationship management, and achieving industry standards.

Ahmad Shishegar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Concurrent Engineering from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), Engineering Management Program from UCLA Anderson Executive Education, Program/Project Management from UCLA Anderson Executive Education, and Streamlining Product Development Process from Caltech.
