James Martin

James Martin is a Managing Director at Ready Capital, leading the Frontend Originations team. Prior to this, James served as a Director at RED CAPITAL GROUP and Head of Department at Sabal Capital Partners, LLC, where James played key roles in multifamily finance and production/sizing. As President of Martin Real Estate Group, Inc., James closed multiple transactions annually. James also held positions at The Picerne Group, ORIX USA, McDonnell Douglas Finance, and GE Capital Commercial Real Estate. James holds a BS in Finance from Kansas State University.
