Sonia Menon

Sonia Menon has over 20 years of work experience, primarily in the legal industry. Sonia began their career as a Recruiting Manager at Gardner, Carton & Douglas in 1997 and stayed in that role until 2001. In 2001, they joined Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP, initially serving as the Chief Talent Officer for over 13 years. In 2014, they were promoted to Chief Operating Officer, a position they currently hold.
