Luis Carlos Villalobos

Luis Carlos Villalobos is a seasoned professional with significant experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Business Unit Manager at NEAPCO since October 2015, Villalobos oversees the startup of an automotive manufacturing facility focused on powertrain components for major clients including BMW, VW, and Ford. Prior to this role, Villalobos was the Plant Manager at Coficab, managing a new automotive cable manufacturing facility with 300 employees. Earlier experience includes serving as Manufacturing Manager at Superior Essex in both the United States and China, where responsibilities encompassed manufacturing operations and production control in continuous 24/7 environments. Villalobos began their career as a Supervisor at Johnson Controls in 1996.
