Rob Powers

Rob Powers is a seasoned manufacturing and packaging engineer with extensive experience in automation and process engineering. Currently at NEAPCO since February 2020, Rob previously held various roles at Molex, LLC from January 1996 to October 2019, including Senior SMT Process Engineer and Flexible Circuitry Manufacturing Manager. Rob is skilled in designing, developing, and improving automated robotic manufacturing systems, as well as leading projects that involve collaboration with global technology leaders. Credentials include certifications in ISO 14001, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Design of Experiments Blackbelt. Rob holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration Management from Peru State College and has completed additional specialized training in industrial statistics and electronic technology from various institutions.
