John Aldrete

John Aldrete, MBA, possesses extensive leadership experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as Sales Leader for the Americas at Near-Miss Management since January 2022. Previously, John held the position of Business Innovation & Strategy Manager for the Americas at Evonik, where responsibilities included regional strategy development and M&A activities. As Global Business Director at The Chemours Company, John managed a portfolio generating $225 million annually with oversight of a large team. John's long tenure at DuPont included various roles, ascending from Plant Manager to Global Business Manager, where John managed multiple business units and significant P&L responsibilities. Educationally, John holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
