Shenan Kalra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in analytics and strategic growth across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President at Paytm since August 2020, Shenan heads the Central Growth and Insights team, focusing on app retention, reactivation, and engagement. Previously, roles included General Manager for analytics at Paytm Japan, and Deputy General Manager and Head of Analytics at nearbuy.com, where strategic solutions were created to enhance business performance. As the Founder of Make Me Fit, customized fitness solutions were designed for consumers. Earlier experience includes analytics leadership at The Boston Consulting Group and marketing data analysis at CenturyLink. Shenan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Punjab Engineering College.
