Rômulo Vitoi

Rômulo Vitoi is a Senior Software Developer at NearForm since September 2022, with previous experience as a Software Engineer Consultant at Hearst Television from 2015 to 2022, where Rômulo developed responsive websites for 24 TV stations and contributed to multiple microservices using Go and Node. Prior to Hearst, Rômulo served as a Mobile Developer at UpperSoft from 2015 to 2017, creating a native app for Android and iOS that provided services across multiple cities and contributing to an app for Android TV boxes. Rômulo's early career includes an internship at RNP in late 2013, focusing on network monitoring visualizations, and involvement as an Undergraduate Researcher at Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo from 2012 to 2013, working on implementing the OpenFlow protocol. Rômulo holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo and studied at Glasgow Caledonian University in 2014.
