Petrona Patten

Petrona Patten is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in management and quality assurance. With a tenure at NICE Global since October 2019, Petrona has advanced from Junior Operations Manager to Senior Operations Manager. Prior experience includes various roles at Cimpress from October 2010 to October 2019, including Operations Supervisor, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Sales Specialist. Petrona holds a Certificate in Quality Assurance from HEART College of Innovation and Technology, earned in March 2024, and two certificates from The University of the West Indies in Supervisory Management and Project Management, both obtained in 2019.
