Alicia Guzmán

Alicia Guzmán has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Alicia started their career in 2013 with an internship at National Oilwell Varco, where they supported the purchasing department and quality department. In 2014, they worked at The Waterhouse Company as a CAO Assistant, English Teacher, and School Business Manager, developing strong customer service skills. Alicia then joined Tata Consultancy Services in 2015, where they worked in roles such as Tester, EUC Trainee, ISC, and Service Desk. From 2016 to the present, Alicia has been working at NearShore Technology as a QA Tester, and more recently at dexty. as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

Alicia Guzmán obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Veracruz in 2013. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Hands On Essentials - Data Warehouse from Snowflake in February 2022, Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in July 2021, Agile Tester (CTFL-AT) from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in February 2021, Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in July 2020, Foundations of Programming: Software Quality Assurance from LinkedIn in November 2016, and ITIL v3 Foundation in October 2015.
