James Rowland

James Rowland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and management. As Co-Founder and Commercial Director of Neathouse Partners Ltd since August 2018, James has played a key role in providing fixed-fee employment law and outsourced HR services. Additionally, James serves as Co-Founder of Corporate Wellbeing Solutions since January 2023. Prior to these roles, James held various positions at William B. Rose Ltd, culminating in the role of Business Development Director, and previously worked as a Business Development Manager at Return on Investment Ltd and MC Signs (NW) Ltd. Educationally, James holds an MSc in Digital Marketing Management and a Bachelor of Laws, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
