Marta Dylewska

Marta Dylewska is an experienced financial leader currently serving as the Head of Global Financial Services Center at Neauvia since May 2022, following a notable tenure at Skanska from 1999 to 2022, where positions included Director of Financial Services for Central Europe and Finance Manager for the Poland BU Construction. Dylewska played a key role in establishing Shared Service Centers across Central and Eastern Europe, implementing ERP systems, and driving innovations in finance through automation and robotization. Additional expertise includes participation in M&A strategies, corporate governance, and improving reporting efficiencies.
