Jason Reynolds

Jason Reynolds is a seasoned professional in nuclear operations, currently serving as the Operations Requalification Training Supervisor at Nebraska Public Power District since September 2019. With a decade of experience in the US Navy where roles included Leading Crew Chief and Nuclear Operator, Jason demonstrated exceptional leadership by coaching over 50 personnel and managing maintenance teams to ensure optimal plant functions. A notable achievement includes the planning and execution of training for 32 Commissioned Naval Officers, achieving zero attrition. Jason Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Peru State College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior University.
