Sandra Leishman

Sandra Leishman is a highly experienced individual in the field of Human Resources, with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Massey University. Sandra has held various HR roles in companies such as NEC New Zealand Limited, GNS Science, Callaghan Innovation, Victim Support, Careers New Zealand, Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority, Royal Bank of Scotland, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Carter Holt Harvey. Their responsibilities have included developing new policies, implementing performance management systems, providing HR advisory services, and supporting managers in recruitment and workforce planning. Currently, Sandra serves as the Head of People & Culture at NEC New Zealand Limited, where Sandra leads and implements the People & Culture strategy.
