Maristela Paes Leme

Maristela Paes Leme is currently the COO at Hinc and Nec Plus Ultra - NPU. Maristela also serves as a Mentor, Senior Consultant, Coach, and Biographical Advisor, focusing on leadership development, performance, well-being, workshops, assessment, biographical counseling, and coaching. With a background in strategic management, change management, and customer success, Maristela previously held a position as Coordenadora de Defesa da Concorrência de Produtos Agroindustriais at Ministerio da Fazenda. Maristela holds a Doctorate in Administration from the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo, a Master's in Applied Economics from Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz", and a Bachelor's in Economics from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia - UFU.
