Jon Ridout

Jon Ridout has extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive search. Jon'smost recent role was as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at NEC Corporation, where they were responsible for global talent acquisition strategy and initiatives. Prior to that, they served as a Non Executive Board Member at Sixley, where they advised on business growth and product development. Jon also held various positions at BT, including Head of Executive Search & Talent Acquisition for Digital/Networks/Technology and Talent Senior Manager & Head of BT Group Executive Search. Jon has also worked as a Director at Franks, Ridout & Gordon, a contractor at Accenture UK and PwC, and as a Director at The Emerald Group. Jon started their career as a Graduate Management Trainee at HSBC.

From 1998 to 2001, Jon Ridout studied Business Studies and earned a BA Hons degree from Middlesex University.
