Colleen Kaer

Colleen Kaer, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience history. Colleen began their career at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center as a Child Life Specialist in 2011. In 2012, they transitioned to a role as an Intake Investigations Case Manager at Hamilton County Job and Family Services. From there, they moved to Resolvit, LLC in 2015, where they served as a Human Resource Business Partner until 2017. Following their time at Resolvit, they joined ProLink Staffing as a Technical Recruiter in 2017. Currently, Colleen is employed at Necco, where they have held the positions of Recruitment Manager and Associate Director of Retention and Recruitment since 2018.

Colleen Kaer, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree from The University of Alabama, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from The University of Alabama, completing it from 2005 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, Colleen obtained the Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS powered by ADP in 2021. Furthermore, they have attained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM in November 2021. Additionally, they acquired the Certified Child Life Specialist certification from The Child Life Council, Inc. in 2009.
