Kimberly Heidrich

Kimberly Heidrich is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Learning & Development Manager at Necco since April 2019, Kimberly previously worked as an Instructional Design Consultant at CBTS and held various managerial roles at PNC, including Vice President of Business Training and Design Manager, where leadership included workforce development for national sales teams. Kimberly's expertise in creating and executing learning strategies was further demonstrated at VEGA Americas, where responsibilities included internal employee development and external training initiatives. With a solid educational foundation, Kimberly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management and an Associate's Degree in Business, both from the University of Phoenix.
