Eric Johnson

Eric Johnson has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Eric currently works as a Data Integration Engineer at NECI since April 2021. Prior to that, they had an extensive tenure at Georgia-Pacific LLC, starting from January 2003. At Georgia-Pacific, Eric held multiple roles including CMAG PI Team Systems Analyst, IT Systems Analyst, Process Engineer II, and STAFF/PROJECT ENGINEER I. In these roles, they gained expertise in OSISoft PI development and support, OPC interface and server deployments, Asset Framework development, PI tag standards and data optimization, SharePoint administration, business analysis, project management, and break/fix support. Eric also had 24-hour on-call support responsibilities for multiple manufacturing sites across various business segments during their time at Georgia-Pacific.

Eric Johnson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Paper Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Eric also obtained the certification of PI System Infrastructure Specialist from OSIsoft in May 2021.
