Jordyn Quental

Jordyn Quental has had a diverse work experience. Jordyn started as a Crew Trainer at McDonald's in 2012, where they provided excellent customer care and ensured restaurant cleanliness. In 2016, they worked as a Server at Fiesta Mexican Restaurant. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Corporate Resource Associate at HW Staffing Solutions. In 2019, they became a Human Resources Intern at HR Knowledge, where they assisted with various HR projects and provided technical support to employees. Jordyn then joined NECI as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, where they coordinated recruitment efforts, and later became the Lead Human Resources Operations Specialist, providing support and executing special projects.

Jordyn Quental completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Bridgewater State University between the years 2015 and 2019. In 2021, they obtained a certificate in HR Data & Analytics from Cornell University through their eCornell program. Additionally, Jordyn has earned certifications in Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI from Intellipaat in March 2022, and Getting Started with Power BI from LinkedIn in December 2021.
