Juniette Fifield

Juniette Fifield has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Juniette started their career as a CRM Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Lowell in September 2017 and worked there until March 2020. In this role, they were responsible for data entry, general clerical work, and provided assistance to Salesforce CRM staff.

In June 2020, Juniette joined ZOLL Medical Corporation as a Software Engineer Co-op and worked until December 2020. As a co-op, they gained experience in software engineering.

In August 2018, Juniette also became a Resident Advisor (RA) at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. As an RA, they oversaw a residential community, provided social and educational programming, enforced university policies, and supported students with any problems or issues.

In January 2021, Juniette took on the role of an Electrical and Computer Engineering Laboratory Grader at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Juniette assisted senior lab course assistants and teachers' assistants during lab sessions and graded students' materials.

Their most recent work experience is as a Senior Lab Course Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Lowell starting from August 2021. In this role, they ensured the laboratory was ready for each session, assisted students during lab sessions, graded lab proficiencies and notebooks, held weekly office hours, supervised graders, and ensured completion of their duties.

Additionally, Juniette will begin working as a Process Automation Engineer at NECI in June 2022.

Juniette Fifield attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2017 to 2021, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering.
