Miriam Guadalupe Jiménez Rendón

Miriam Guadalupe Jiménez Rendón has a diverse work experience in different roles and industries. Miriam Guadalupe started their career as a Terapeuta Ocupacional at Guardería D'Corazón from July 2013 to September 2015. Miriam Guadalupe then moved on to work at ISSSTESON, where they held multiple roles including Analista de Nóminas from January 2020 to September 2021, and Coordinador de Selección de Personal from July 2016 to January 2021. During their time at ISSSTESON, Miriam achieved several accomplishments, such as standardizing and implementing recruitment and selection procedures, developing training programs, and establishing partnerships for employee development. Currently, they are working at Necodex as an IT Recruiter since September 2021 and was promoted to Human Resources Manager in June 2022.

Miriam Guadalupe Jiménez Rendón attended the Universidad de Sonora from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a Licenciatura degree in Psychology.
