Miriam Jiménez

Miriam Jiménez has a diverse work experience. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Terapeuta Ocupacional at Guardería D'Corazón. From 2016 to 2021, they held multiple positions at ISSSTESON, including Analista de Nóminas and Coordinador de Selección de Personal. Their responsibilities included recruitment, interviewing, and conducting psychometric assessments, as well as managing personnel files, induction and onboarding, training development, and validation of certificates. Miriam also achieved notable accomplishments, such as standardizing recruitment and training procedures in multiple locations and establishing partnerships for training programs. Since 2021, they have been working at Necodex as an IT-Recruiter, and currently holds the role of Human Resources Manager.
