Lebohang Molebatsi

Lebohang Molebatsi has extensive experience in business integration and process improvement, currently serving as Head of Business Integration & Portfolio at Nedbank since January 2018, following roles as Senior Manager and Senior Process Engineer within the same organization. Prior to Nedbank, Lebohang held the position of Assistant Vice President - Customer Experience Consultant at Barclays Africa Group Limited from February 2014 to December 2017, and participated in the graduate programme focused on physical distribution channels. Early career experience includes a marketing and sales trainee role at Covidien and academic pursuits at North-West University, where Lebohang obtained a BCom Honours in Entrepreneurship and Marketing (Cum-Laude). Further educational qualifications include certifications in process management and customer experience, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and completion of a Middle Management Development Programme at Henley Business School.
