Pienaar Kloppers (MBA) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Pienaar started their career as a Golf Agent at Golfbreaks.com in 2001. Pienaar then worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at Vodacom from 2003 to 2005. After that, they served as a Senior Product Development Manager at Nashua Mobile from 2005 to 2007. Pienaar continued their career at Vodacom as a Senior Digital Product Manager from 2008 to 2010. Pienaar then joined Dimension Data as a Senior Product Development Manager from 2011 to 2013. Following this, Pienaar worked at Nedbank, where they took on roles such as Senior Value Added Services Product Development Manager from 2013 to 2016 and later as the Head of Nedbank.co.za, assuming full responsibility for website improvements and project governance. Pienaar then became the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics, Insights, and Technology, displaying their expertise in data insights and prioritizing data requirements to optimize marketing strategies. Currently, Pienaar holds the position of Head for Data Analytics, Insights & Technology in Marketing Strategy at Nedbank, where they align data and analytics priorities with business objectives and oversees the data strategy and architecture for the cluster.

Pienaar Kloppers obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science) from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing at the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications in fields such as data science, cybersecurity, and marketing from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification obtained in June 2023.
