Jaap Brits

Jaap Brits currently serves as the Team Manager HC for the Operationeel Management Traineeship at Nederlandse Spoorwegen since March 2024. Prior to this role, Jaap held the position of Project Consultant for Baking&Business at Talent en Pro from August 2020 to March 2024, and briefly worked as an Interim Project Medewerker for a.s.r. in February 2024. Between October 2021 and October 2023, Jaap was involved with Rabobank in various capacities including Commercial Support and Financing Specialist. Jaap's early career includes roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and RARE BV, alongside several F&B positions at notable restaurants and hotels. Jaap holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hotelschool The Hague and has completed additional certifications in financial oversight and product knowledge.
