Irene Oerlemans

Irene Oerlemans is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Voorzitter bestuur NVP for the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Personeelsmanagement & Organisatieontwikkeling since January 2022, Irene has also been the initiator of Bunchmark, an innovative HR consultancy firm, since March 2018. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources for FrieslandCampina's Business Group Ingredients, where responsibilities encompassed a global HR role and oversight of a significant HR transformation project. Irene has held multiple HR leadership positions at Ahold, Foot Locker Europe, and Oerlemans HR Interim & Advies, alongside consulting engagements with major companies like Unilever and Heineken. Irene's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Rotterdam School of Management and a Master's in Corporate Anthropology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
