Michael Andersson has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Michael began their career at Sony Ericsson in 1999 as a Supplier Quality Engineer and later became a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer. In 2005, they transitioned to the role of Material Supply Project Manager and then took on various positions in sourcing and quality management. At Sony Mobile Communications, they were a Global Commodity Manager in sourcing. Later, at Sony Ericsson, they held the positions of Global Commodity Manager, Head of Global Project Supplier Quality Engineers, and Quality Manager. Michael then joined Nederman Duct & Filter Element Division as Global Category Manager and later became the Director of Project & Sourcing. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director at Menardi Filters Europe.
Michael Andersson attended The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University from 1993 to 1999, where they obtained their MSc. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial economics & logistics. In 1996, they also took some courses as part of their M.Sc. degree at Griffith University, focusing on Quality, International Trade & Investments.
