Tomas Hagström

Tomas Hagström has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Tomas began their career as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2001 to 2002. Tomas then worked at Perstorp Group, where they held the positions of Senior Executive from 2003 to 2014. In this role, they had global P&L ownership and successfully grew the company's revenue and profit. Tomas also oversaw the transformation and integration of two separate organizations. Hagström then joined W.R. Grace as the General Manager, Adsorbents from 2014 to 2015, where they initiated a business transformation and optimized routes to market. Tomas later worked at Honeywell as the Global Business Leader from 2016 to 2017, where they managed the healthcare business and executed organic business development strategies. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President - Head of Division at Nederman, where they are responsible for the integrated full P&L of the global division Process Technology.

Tomas Hagström pursued their education starting in 1996 at Chalmers University of Technology, where they completed a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering in the year 2000. From 1997 to 2000, they also attended the University of Gothenburg, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Furthermore, in 1999, they attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. Lastly, in 2002 and 2003, they enrolled at Chalmers University of Technology once again to undertake an (MBA) Master’s course in International Business Administration.
