Anneli Westermark

Anneli Westermark is currently the HR & Recruitment Manager for IT, Telecom, and Automation at Needefy Consulting AB, a position held since April 2022. Previously, Anneli served as Team Lead and Talent Acquisition Partner at ALTEN Sweden from September 2019 to April 2022, focusing on the recruitment of software developers and engineers in Stockholm. Before that, Anneli gained experience as an Admin/Receptionist at Katrinelund Gästgiveri & Sjökrog, and held internship roles in Human Resources at Consensus Sverige AB and administrative positions at Baker & McKenzie and Samsung Electronics. Anneli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with a focus on Human Resource Management from Örebro University, completed in 2019.
