Michelle Haughton

Michelle Haughton has extensive experience in the banking industry, starting as a Branch Manager at Santander Bank, N.A. in 2000. Michelle later transitioned to Century Bank in 2010 as a Vice President until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Structured Financing at Needham Bank, where they specialize in structured financing with a focus on Marijuana Related Businesses (MRBs) and Money Service Businesses (MSBs), as well as financing needs for C&I companies.

Michelle Haughton earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Worcester State University in 2003. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Loan Officer Resident Seminar from the Risk Management Association.
