Alison Coubrough-Argentieri, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Assistant Principal at Needham High School since June 2011. In this role, Alison has demonstrated expertise in data analysis, hiring, professional development, and curriculum oversight, while fostering a collaborative environment among educators and stakeholders. Previous positions include Dean of Curriculum, Instruction, and Athletics at Swampscott High School, where Alison managed daily operations, coordinated professional development, and served as Athletic Director. Alison's teaching experience includes a tenure as an English Teacher at Millbury High School.
