Melanie Rosado

Melanie Rosado, MBA, currently serves as the Assistant Director for Human Resources at Needham Public Schools, starting in December 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Human Resources Manager at Taunton Public Schools from May 2021 to December 2023, and as a Human Resources Specialist at Sharon Public Schools from August 2018 to May 2021. Melanie also held positions as a Human Resources Specialist at Allied Universal and Apollo International, along with an earlier role as a Receptionist/Badge Admin Assistant. Initial professional experience includes a Marketing Internship at FiRE+iCE Restaurants. Melanie earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Fitchburg State University (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a concentration in Media Studies from Salem State University (2011-2014).
