Andrew Kissig

Andrew Kissig is a Senior Project Manager at Neel-Schaffer, Inc., a position held since December 2017. Prior to this role, Andrew served as a Transportation Engineer - Project Manager at the Texas Department of Transportation from May 1992 to February 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing several key projects such as the PS&E for the IH 30-SH 360 Interchange and construction inspection for multiple bridge and roadway projects. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, having previously studied German Language and Literature at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
