Bonnie Cramer

Bonnie Cramer is a seasoned professional in strategic communications, currently serving as the Strategic Communications Lead at Neel-Schaffer, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this role, Bonnie spent 25 years at the South Carolina Department of Transportation as the Graphics Manager, where significant contributions included collaborating with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) office on various marketing materials, as well as assisting newly certified DBE firms in developing their branding and promotional resources. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has completed coursework in Art Direction at Miami Ad School Atlanta @ Portfolio Center.
