Gary Shaffer

Gary Shaffer has extensive experience in civil engineering and military operations. Since October 2008, Gary has served as a Resident Project Representative at Neel-Schaffer, managing various civil projects, including infrastructure rebuilds and highway construction. Gary has been a Brigade Operations Sergeant in the Army National Guard since October 2006, with deployment experience in Iraq and Afghanistan. Prior to their current roles, Gary worked as an Inspector for the Mississippi Department of Transportation from May 2004 to October 2008. Education was completed at Biloxi High School from 1984 to 1988.
