Scott Castro possesses a diverse background in both engineering and the culinary arts. Currently serving as an Engineering Intern at Neel-Schaffer, Inc. since May 2017, Scott focuses on civil engineering and transportation projects. Concurrently, Scott has worked as a Server at Linda's La Cantina since April 2015, providing exceptional guest service. Prior experience includes tenures at BRAVO BRIO Restaurant Group, where Scott held various positions from Line Cook to Executive Chef between October 2006 and January 2015, managing kitchen operations and overseeing a team of approximately 40 individuals. Scott's educational foundation includes a Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Transportation Management Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida, complemented by an Associate of Arts in Engineering from Valencia College.
