Nick Quaglia

Nick Quaglia is an experienced refrigeration technician currently serving as a Refrigeration Journeyman at Neelands Group since October 2015, after completing a role as a Refrigeration Apprentice. Prior to this, Nick held positions as Kitchen Manager and Assistant Kitchen Manager at Tortoise Restaurant Group from October 2011 to October 2015, and as a Line Cook at Turtle Jacks from April 2003 to April 2008. Nick's educational background includes a degree in Basic Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering Technology/Technician from Mohawk College (2018-2022), as well as studies in Police Foundations at Mohawk College (2009-2011) and George Brown College (2015-2016).
