Katie Podhaizer

Katie Podhaizer has extensive experience in talent management and performance roles. Katie held positions such as Director of Talent Management at Mativ and Neenah, and Senior Manager of Talent & Performance Management at Newell Brands. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Senior Associate at PwC and as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte. Katie also gained experience in recruitment research at Boyden Global Executive Search.

Katie Podhaizer graduated from Fairfield University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2014 and a Human Capital Strategist certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
