Michelle Mortenson

Michelle Mortenson is an experienced payroll and benefits specialist with a solid background in human resources and administration. Currently employed at The Neenan Company since March 2008, responsibilities include managing payroll and benefits for a staff of 251, and providing support to HR in FMLA, new hire setups, and terminations. Previous roles include positions at Petersen Pet Provisions, Big R Bridge, Crop Production Services, and ConAgra Foods, where accomplishments spanned the transition from paper to electronic systems, recruitment, employee benefit processing, and the implementation of HR policies. Michelle holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an A.A.S. in Accounting and Business Management from Morgan Community College.
