Luke Hermann has extensive experience in business development and executive leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Business Development title at Neeser Construction since January 1998, Luke is also the CEO/President of Luke Hermann Coaching & Consulting and inLumon.com, providing strategies for growth, profits, and organizational success. Previous positions include Chief Executive Officer of ABC Cooling, Heating & Plumbing, where Luke successfully doubled volume and net profit, and EVP of Business Engagement & Development at Comfort Institute, where membership and revenue were similarly doubled. As CEO at Honeywell Enalasys, Luke contributed to the company’s recognition as the 3rd fastest growing energy company in the INC 500. Luke Hermann holds an MBA in Finance & Communication from Sierra Nevada College and a BS in Architectural Engineering and Business Management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
