Dhaval Shah is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in leading UX design initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as UX Manager at Neeyamo since May 2022, Dhaval oversees a multidisciplinary team focused on enhancing user experiences in global payroll and related solutions. Prior to Neeyamo, Dhaval held roles as Lead UX Designer at Xoriant, where leadership and innovation were emphasized, and as Lead User Experience Designer at Talkd. Inc, managing comprehensive design projects. Experience as a Senior Software Engineer (UX) at Xoriant involved close collaboration with stakeholders to create user-friendly designs, while earlier roles at Capgemini, Synechron, and Koru UX Design focused on interaction design and web development. Dhaval holds a certification in Human-Computer Interaction from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and has a robust foundation in web design.
