Joseph Andros has over 30 years of work experience in various HR roles. Joseph started their career as a Personnel Manager at Sheller-Globe Corporation, where they handled employee and labor relations in a 2 plant manufacturing operation. Joseph then moved on to Baron Drawn Steel Corporation as a Personnel Representative, where they co-managed labor relations and developed programs to reduce occupational injuries. In their role as Industrial Relations Manager at Dentsply International, they maintained contracts with two unions, chaired a joint Union/Management Apprentice Committee, and conducted supervisory and management training. Joseph then joined Chrysler/Jeep as the Manager of Salaried Personnel, where they oversaw employee relations for over 900 salaried and 8,000 hourly employees and managed EEOC compliance, benefits, and training. In their most recent role as Vice President of Human Resources at Neff Motivation, Inc., they played a key role in relocating manufacturing operations to the Dominican Republic, developed international HR strategies and recruited senior management, and handled employment issues related to acquisitions, closings, and relocations.
Joseph Andros completed their Diploma in College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program from Bowsher HS from 1968 to 1971. Joseph then pursued a Bachelors degree in Human Relations from The University of Toledo from 1971 to 1975.
