Arianna Spaggiari

Arianna Spaggiari has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Arianna is currently working at Neggst as a Business Developer & Sales Operations, where they have successfully implemented an eCommerce platform for shipping samples to B2B clients and developed the business in the food services sector and wholesale. Arianna has also accomplished tasks such as setting up a fulfillment process, finding sustainable packaging, and developing a business plan for using a food truck at festivals and events. Arianna's next challenge at Neggst is to develop a network of cafes and restaurants that use the product to strategically enter wholesalers.

Prior to their current role, Arianna worked as an eCommerce Product Owner at Stoyo from October 2021 to May 2022.

Before that, they were an Internal Consultant - Business Operations at OneDay Group from April 2019 to October 2021, where they worked on various projects as part of a cross-functional team of in-house consultants.

Arianna also worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at luminovo.ai from September 2018 to March 2019. And as a Working Student in Account Management at Bookiply from March 2018 to July 2018.

Arianna started their career as a Project Management Intern at Basement Club from April 2017 to July 2017. And they also worked as a Project Management Assistant at Italienische Handelkammer für Deutschland from June 2016 to August 2016. At these positions, Arianna gained experience in supporting students in developing business ideas, assisting Italian companies in participating in German fairs, and conducting market research.

Arianna Spaggiari completed their education at multiple institutions. Arianna obtained a Master's Degree in Business & Administration from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate degree, a 1° livello - Laurea L, in International Trade at Università Ca' Foscari Venezia from 2013 to 2016. During their studies, they also participated in an Erasmus program at Goethe University Frankfurt in 2015, focusing on Business & Administration. In 2017 to 2018, they further enriched their education by becoming an Erasmus student at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, again specializing in Business & Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Arianna has obtained several certifications. Arianna completed "The Complete Agile Scrum Fundamentals Course" from Udemy in July 2020, and "Communicating In the Language of Leadership" as well as "Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter (Blinkist Summary)" from LinkedIn in April 2020. Furthermore, they acquired the certification for "Project Management Simplified" from LinkedIn in April 2020.
